Note: A ROW application must be submitted to city hall or adale@olivia.mn.us and approved before performing any work in the right of way. If you are unsure of fee amount please submit application and wait for a response. An invoice will be sent for any repairs to the street or curbing that the city must make.
Payable Fee's
$25 per block for work in the boulevard
$50 per block where the street surface is broken
